Winter Remedy
This year Winter Remedy will run from the new moon on the 21st of January until the full moon on the 5th February, harnessing the waxing moon’s energy to feel energised and fulfilled!
You should sign up for this if you want to take some time out of your days to slow down and find some inspiration in art and poetry and music, connect with nature and yourself with mindfulness and slow winter adventures, improve your well being with self care, good food, creativity and gratitude, and find small ways to embrace and find comfort in the winter months before we look to emerge in the spring.
Winter Remedy is a pay-what-you-can email based course, which aims to soothe, hearten and inspire you; emboldening your spirit with warmth and light, and enriching your day-to-day with nature, art, poetry, gratitude and lots more, as we journey through these last few weeks of winter.
The course is delivered via email with creative prompts, poetry, art, recipes, notes on mindfulness, music, nature connections, micro adventures, Hygge ideas, journalling prompts, gratitude practice, folklore, moon work, Imbolc celebrations, and lots more…
On the 1st February will also be celebrating Imbolc, the ancient festival of light that signifies the coming of Spring.
In this course you will receive a short email each day. There is no pressure to respond, join in, or do any of the things in the emails. You can read them at your own leisure and do the things that speak to you as and when you want to. The emails are yours to keep forever, so you can come back to them at any time.
However, you may want to use the course material as it arrives in your inbox, in which case it may help you develop a regular creative practice – be that journalling, painting, photography or something else. It should encourage a practice of gratitude and mindfulness – enriching your sense of well being. And it will help you flow with the moon’s energy and the seasonal changes that come with the end of winter. Read on for more…
The course will offer up beautiful music, art and poetry, alongside a practice of positivity and gratitude. We will explore hygge based ideas and traditions for warming up your heart and home, creative journalling and writing prompts to inspire you, as well as book recommendations, nature connections, notes on mindfulness and well being, warm recipes, and more… We will celebrate the new and full snow moon, and the midwinter festival of Imbolc.
We have amazing guest contributors who are bringing with them even more magic and warmth for you.
You will also get access to a safe and private Facebook group where you can meet the other participants, share how you are using the course, any creative endeavours, photos, writing, your thoughts, and anything else. There is always some bonus material in the group too.
This makes for a really unique gift, if you would like to send this course as a gift to someone, please contact me to get that set up.

I loved this course so much; it gave me so many ideas for my nature journal and other creative projects and inspired me to get outside so much more than I would have done ordinarily. Thank you!

What a beautiful, inspirational course – I’m generally a winter sort of person anyway but this added to my joy of the season and now the course is complete, the miraculous joys of Spring await. Thank you Katherine 😊
