I am so excited to share this with you, and I hope that you will join us!
Claire and I invite you to our very first collaborative women’s circle, Empowered by Nature.
This is a live online event that offers a nurturing and vibrant space to empower creativity and confidence, which will encourage holistic healing and well being, and cultivate deep connections to nature and ourselves…
Join with us for poetry readings, affirmations and intention setting, breath-work, journaling, music, nature connections, meditation, moon work, simple creative prompts, and more… as well as time and space to share and connect.
We will start at 6pm, and expect the circle to stay open for around an hour, but there is no set time limit.
The circle will be accessible via Zoom. There is no pressure to have your camera on; you do not have to be seen or heard if you would rather participate privately. There will also be an opportunity to receive an abridged recording of the circle if you are not able to attend the live circle.
Claire Farmer (MSc) is a reiki practitioner, sound healer and fierce advocate for mental wellness. Claire is also a dance science lecturer and researcher, working within holistic dance and somatic practice.

Later they discovered Pagan traditions and explored nature, mysticism, and herbalism together. Side by side, they also developed their passion for creativity through visual art, music, theatre and dance; both achieving awards and moving on to individual academic success. 20 years later, they find their lives are still entwined with the same beliefs and interests – despite having very different lives – and are just as excited to be working together as they were at 14 years old choreographing dance routines and casting their first magic circles…
